  • 16 oz boneless, skinless chicken breasts (2 large chicken breasts)
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 tablespoons salt
  • 1 1/2 cups water

Instructions
Pressure Cooker
  1. Place chicken breasts in pressure cooker.
  2. Add butter, salt, and water.
  3. Lock lid and make sure the pressure gauge is set to pressure.
  4. Set pressure cooker to cook on high for 30 minutes.
  5. After 30 minutes, release the pressure manually (AKA quick release method).
  6. Remove the chicken and shred with two forks.
Stove Top
  1. In a medium sauce pan, place chicken, salt, butter, and water to cover.
  2. Place lid on sauce pan and cook over medium heat for 3-3.5 hours.
  3. Remove the chicken and shred with two forks.
